Supplementary Figure for "A Functional Floxed Allele of Pkd1 that Can Be Conditionally Inactivated In Vivo"

Since submission of the manuscript, we have generated a line of Pkd1 cond/cond mice with mosaic expression of Cre recombinase (Tg(balancer2)3Cgn/J) and found that they develop to adulthood with bilateral cystic disease that mimics the pattern observed in humans.
