This conference is a unique international symposium featuring a forum for multi-disciplinary interactions between physicians, nurses, support personnel, and industry involved in the care of the critically ill patient. A combination of invited lectures, panel discussions, interactive workshops, as well as oral and poster presentations will be utilized with CME credits. Major topics to be addressed include: envolving concepts in the pathophysiology and management of the critically ill patient; practice of CRRT and standardization of care; renal replacement and renal support; experience and controversies with CRRT.
