On the cover: Three dimensional modeling of missense variants in HLA-DQA1 risk locus for childhood steroid sensitive nephrotic syndrome showed that substitution of native cysteine (C) residue at position 34 for tyrosine (Y) and native phenylalanine (F) residue at position 41 for serine (S) resulted in perturbation of the secondary structure of HLA-DQA1.
