About the Cover

April 2020; Volume 31,Issue 4

Cover image

On the cover: Phenotype of CD16-expressing TEMRA CD8 T cells using high-dimensional data analysis. The tSNE map was obtained after unsupervised analysis of CyTOF data of CD8 T lymphocytes from healthy volunteers using R-PhenoGraph. The analysis of the expression level of each marker visualized on the CD8 tSNE map identifies major CD8 T cell subsets according to the consensus markers CD45RA, CCR7, CD27 and CD28, but also reveals the existence of TEMRA CD8 subsets that could be characterized according to CD16 and CD56 expression.
